Who We Are

nFlexion was founded in the summer of 2001 to provide ongoing interim executive services to early stage technology companies worldwide. In addition, the company provides management consulting to venture capital and larger corporations worldwide on a project by project basis. The company consists of senior executives from the high tech industry that have started and/or built multiple companies. Our executives come from the advanced materials, display, photonics, semiconductor, battery, and computer systems industries and have experience in general management (CEO level), strategic planning, financial planning and controls, business development, discrete & process manufacturing, new product development, intellectual property strategy and licensing, and strategic partnering. The company is led by Mark Willner, the founder and President of nFlexion, who has over 30 years of high tech experience and an extensive network of contacts in multiple industries.
